KLEAN REFILL CAPSULE ONLY

Got it a few weeks ago. My skin is prone to excema and was sure it was from the water as im parents have a whole system back home and never get any problem.
Since that, not one issue ! I’m so happy to have found something affordable that works. It does make a change you can even see it when you try the water, no longer these kind of bleach taste. It was easy to set up.

My skin started became more sensitive after my relocation to the UK.

We checked a few shower filters on Amazon beforehand. What bothered me most was they all had the same bulky, industrial look. Plus, there was zero support to any of the claims. I tried one of those handheld transparent showerheads and it did not work for me. Also, getting a water softener was completely out of the budget.

Hello klean is slightly pricier than those Amazon brands but definitely worth it. It comes with minimal waste materials, which is great to see! Their support was great, and communicated transparently on what it could and could not do. After my 3rd wash, the redness was almost all gone. I'm on my 2nd refill already, and won't stop recommending this.

My only complaint is they should highlight removing the blue cap underneath, it's very easy to miss.

After a shower before and after the installation of the filter I did notice a difference in water, there was slightly more foam than normal, and I wasn't getting the tight skin feeling after showering. This is a bonus as we live in a very hard area. The installation was easy and works reasonably well with the simple 8.5kw electric shower, I did not notice any drop in pressure. Charlie from customer service has been great. He answered all the questions through WhatsApp and I messaged really late at night.

Skin is less dry and red now when I come out of showers and I have extremely dry skin. This filter has literally saved my skin during lockdown.

My hairstylist recommended hello klean, and I've used it for about 2 months now. Here's my situation: I struggled with light scalp eczema ever since moving to London and this filter really helped reduce the flareups. I haven't changed anything else in my routine and the only new product I purchased was this! Thank you, won't ever stop recommending this.
