Unscrew your old shower head from the hose

Ensure the silicone washer remains in the hose thread

Screw on your Hello Klean Shower Head+

Run the water for 30 seconds

Follow the in-app setup prompts

Unscrew the handle and replace the carbon refill cartridge

Twist open the cap and replace the amino acid cartridge

Check the silicon ring stays inside the cap for a secure seal

With the water running, press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds

When the Refill Light blinks 5 times, your refill is complete
