In our clinical study, we tested 8 bundles of deep red-dyed human hair. We treated 4 of them with Smooth Talk Anti-Fading Dark Hair Conditioner and left the other 4 untreated as a control. The study was conducted under controlled conditions to ensure accuracy.

We used a Chromameter to measure colour retention, focusing on how well the red tones held up over time with regular washing in 2 weeks. The results were clear: the hair treated with our conditioner showed a minor colour change of just -7.2%, while the untreated hair experienced a much larger change of -22.0%. This means our conditioner helped retain 65% more of the original colour compared to untreated hair.
