Our Smart Refill Plan takes the hassle out of remembering when to change your filter. You’ll get a new filter delivered every 3 months to ensure impurities don’t creep back in and disrupt your routine.

You can cancel, pause, or change your delivery schedule at any time in your account.

Add your chosen products with a Smart Refill Plan to your cart and check out as usual. Payments are processed automatically using the card saved under your Subscription Payment Method. You can update your details anytime in your account.

We’ll email you a reminder 3 days before your next refill is scheduled to ship. You’ll be charged on the day your refill ships.

Here’s how to cancel your Hello Klean Smart Refill Plan:

  1. Log into your Hello Klean account.
  2. Click the Cancel button next to your active subscription.
  3. You’ll be shown your subscription end date.

To amend the delivery frequency of your Smart Refill Plan, please visit the 'Subscriptions' tab within the ‘Your Account’ section of our website. You can then view each of your refill plans and edit the frequency.

Yes. You can view your future deliveries by visiting the 'Subscriptions' tab within the ‘Your Account’ section on our website. All of your upcoming deliveries will be listed by date.

If your payment fails, we will attempt to collect the payment three times. If we still can’t process your payment, we will contact you via email to resolve the issue.
