 A. SINGLE PRODUCT PURCHASE

When you purchase with HELLO KLEAN, you are covered by our 30-day return policy. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Initiate a return by emailing us, and when we receive your product(s), we will promptly issue a refund. Reach out at support@helloklean.com with subject line RETURN for help.

Please keep in mind that our 30-day return policy does not include misuse or mishandled products. Please read more below on 'WHAT IS NOT COVERED.' 

B. FREE TRIAL 

We offer a 30 day free trial period to let you shower with our filter before you commit to buying. At the end of your trial, your card will be charged.

If you choose not to keep it before the end of your trial period, initiate a return by emailing us at support@helloklean.com. We’ll send you a pre-paid shipping label, and which you can use to send your product back to us. Once the shipment is registered in the system, we will cancel your subscription. 

C. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

Any refills or subscription shipments after your first order are not eligible for a return, refund or cancellation after they have been charged.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page on our website. To cancel a Subscription, click on the “Manage Subscriptions” link at the bottom of the page, then follow instructions towards cancellation. 

Cancellation requests submitted in this manner must be received at least one full business day before your next Box shipping date to avoid being charged for that Box. Cancellation requests received by HELLO KLEAN through other channels may take up to five (5) business days to process. If you have any problems, please email us at support@helloklean.com.

If you do not have an account on HELLO KLEAN yet, create one with the same email address you used to place your original order, and you will see a "Manage Subscriptions" button on your account page.

Canceling your Subscription will prevent only future orders from processing but will not cancel any orders previously charged. 

D. DEFECTS

Oh no! Please email us at info@helloklean.com with the subject DAMAGED along with your order number and a photo of the defective product and we will help you out.

E. WHAT IS NOT COVERED

We will not provide a refund for a request that is received by HELLO KLEAN more than 30 days after the date of the original shipment. We also do not offer a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use.

This includes but is not limited to:
1. Normal wear and tear.
2. Any improper use and/or improper installation.
3. Minor imperfections such as slight cosmetic flaws.
4. Wear and tear that occurs over time and/or are caused by the customer.
5. Damage caused by animals or children.

F. REFUNDS

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

G. LATE OR MISSING FUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@helloklean.com.

H. GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'd receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

I. SHIPPING 

To return your product, we will provide you the return address based on your location.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
